Before coming here, I was all about doing everything the all natural way only. Would never dream of surgery or meds unless it was a life or death matter. I came to Dr. Holley and his staff when I was feeling hopeless and desperate due to my increasing weight. Nothing I was doing was helping. It just continued to rise. I was ready to do surgery out of desperation but they were realistic with me and recommended the weight loss injection, Tirzepatide, instead. Four months has passed and now I’m 35 lbs down, and only 5 lbs from my goal weight. I couldn’t be more grateful. Beyond helping me achieve my goals effectively, Dr. Holley and his staff are also welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. You kind of feel like you’re going in to see your friends each time. I love what they’re doing for people here. And I no longer feel ashamed for seeking help when I needed it. I can’t thank them enough!
Dr. Holley and his staff are wonderful, gracious, and amazing. From beginning with a consultation, then weightloss management , to tummy tuck and liposuction surgery and post operative care they are absolutely wonderful. I can look in the mirror at myself now and feel mentally and physically beautiful and sexy.

I was very impressed with the facility and who’s in it.
I first went to see Dr. Holley to ask about the puffy bags under my eyes. I was impressed that the entire office seemed so interested in helping me and others look their best. They were genuinely excited for me. After some research and some additional discussion I agreed to have my eyes addressed as well as my face and neck. (Upper and lower blepharoplasty, canthoplasty, face and neck lift.) The results have exceeded my expectations. Not only do I look younger, I appear friendlier and more approachable. Like it or not, appearances do matter. Recovery from the procedures went smoothly. Dr. Holley and his team took great care of me. Regarding cost, I felt that the fees were fair and reasonable. I have no regrets. People who previously told me that I do not “need” a facelift now understand why I decided to have it done.
