This 24 year old from East Leroy, Michigan experienced significant weight fluctuation and presented with severe breast sagging and loose abdominal skin. She chose to undergo augmentation/mastopexy with a 400 cc moderate plus profile gel implant, and standard abdominoplasty. Post-op photos taken at 7 months following surgery.
